1.) 15-30 Min Quick Chat

Let’s figure out right away if my skills are good fit for your photo collection needs. We will casually talk through questions such as: What are you looking for? What is the current situation of your photos? What type of photos do you have? What end products are your looking for? I celebrate that everyone has a unique photo situation. This session is free of charge and provides each of us the opportunity to decide if your needs and my skills are a match to move forward in creating a photo legacy for your family’s memories.

4.) Organizing

This is really where the magic begins! In my home studio, I will sort, clean, scan and professional organize your photos. I will organize your photos based on the naming methods which works best for your collection i.e. date, event, activity, etc. I will stay in contact with you to provide updates and get clarification and additional information as needed.

2.) Collection Assessment/Plan

Every successful project starts with a plan. We will partner to develop a plan tailored and unique to your needs, timeline, budget and end goals. The collection assessment is the official beginning to your family’s photo legacy!

5.) Treasure and Share

It’s Done! Your organized photo collection is organized and ready to be cherished and shared with those you love! What will your finished product look like? Will it be a professional photo book, online family photo website, video slideshow? The possibilities are endless when your photos are organized and accessible!! Handing back the your transformed collection is my absolute favorite part of the process!

3.) Gather and collect

This is where you gather and collect the photos/memorabilia/media and pass it to me! That’s right! I take all the unorganized photo clutter and start the organization phase of the project. I will work on the project from my home studio so your home is not project ground zero!
